Governor Mead visits the Double Draw Landslide

 

CHEYENNE, Wyo. - Governor Mead traveled to see the Double Draw Landslide on Monday, May 23rd. That landslide closed the highway between Alpine and Jackson in the Snake River Canyon. Governor Mead said he was taken by the magnitude of the slide and applauded the work of WYDOT and the Wyoming contractor working to open the road as quickly as safely possible.
