Governor Proclaims Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month

CHEYENNE, Wyo. –  In a proclamation signing set for May 4th, 2012 Governor Matt Mead will recognize May as Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month. Several groups from across Wyoming made the request for this recognition and Governor Mead wants to promote safety and education about motorcycle use.

“We are entering the time of year when there are more and more motorcycles on the roads across Wyoming. I hope that all drivers will keep an eye out for motorcycle riders and that everyone riding will ensure they are staying safe,” Governor Mead said.
