Governor Welcomes Home National Guard Soldiers

CHEYENNE, Wyo. – Governor Matt Mead helped to welcome over 140 Wyoming National Guard soldiers back to Wyoming. They have been serving as part of Operation Enduring Freedom in Bahrain. The soldiers are from the 133rd Engineering Company, based in Laramie.

The soldiers deployed on April 12th. They conducted base security operations in Bahrain. Governor Mead went to see the soldiers off from their pre-deployment training in Mississippi as well.
